I am a South Florida native, that transferred to Central Florida almost 10 years ago for business. A Clermont resident for the past 7 years, I was a career corporate human resources executive that traveled across the US for a large commercial construction general contractor. In 2023, I left corporate life & started AmplifiHER, LLC, a boutique consulting firm providing people and culture (HR) and business strategic planning support, diversity, and leadership development programming to businesses of all sizes. I have personal and professional passion in each of these spaces and bring over 20 years of experience and education to strengthen my capabilities. Communicating the vision, connecting the talent, and executing operations efficiently are my superpowers. I'm excited to live my dream and get to know the business community as an entrepreneur, not just as a local patron.
