In this role, you will be responsible for results-driven outside sales efforts focused on generating new business and growing existing accounts. You will play a key role in executing a successful direct sales program while meeting and exceeding revenue goals through a profitable, win-win selling approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-revenue-potential outside sales calls to generate new business
  • Develop new accounts and nurture existing client relationships
  • Execute direct sales strategies aligned with resort revenue goals
  • Identify opportunities for group, leisure, and corporate business
  • Maintain accurate account and activity records using sales systems and tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences
  • Represent the resort professionally at networking events, site visits, and industry functions

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience using a variety of selling techniques
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn sales and CRM systems
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
  • Understanding of and commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Hospitality or resort sales experience preferred, but not required
