Mission Resort in Howey-In-The-Hills, is currently looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Director. Located in Florida’s hill county and spread over 500 acres, Mission Resort is home to four restaurants, 16,000 square feet of meeting space, two golf courses, and a 250-room inn. Known for its Sunday Brunch and seasonal Prime Rib Buffet, the restaurants at Mission Resort range from casual to fine dining.
The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience managing multiple outlets in a hotel or resort setting; and have in-depth knowledge of food cost, menu pricing, and inventory controls. We are looking for someone to not only continue our tradition of excellence but to improve the guest experience.
