Hi, I’m Charmaine! I’m the owner of Sole’a, a new Caribbean-Mediterranean restaurant coming to Clermont. What started with me simply cooking and sharing food with family and friends has grown into something I honestly never imagined—my own restaurant!

I love good food, meeting new people, and bringing people together around the table. At Sole’a, we’re big on fresh ingredients, food made from scratch, and making people feel welcome.

I’m excited (and a little nervous about this new chapter, and I’m really looking forward to getting to know other local business owners and becoming more involved in the South Lake community.
