CNA / HHA / Caregiver – Cases Close to Home

At 1Heart Caregiver Services, we believe caregiving is more than a job — it’s a calling. We are seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs, HHAs, and Caregivers who are passionate about serving others and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home and community-based care to clients in your local area, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those needing memory care support. You’ll work in familiar environments where clients feel most comfortable, building genuine connections while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support in a safe, respectful environment
• Observe and report changes in clients’ condition to ensure quality, continuous care
• Support clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s using compassionate, memory-care-focused techniques
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility, including proper use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, tidying, and maintaining a clean, safe space
• Accurately document care and observations in accordance with HIPAA and company guidelines
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid government-issued ID
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Negative TB test required
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States
