Applications are Now Open for new homeowners for 55+ Tavares community, The Cottages at Heritage Grove

Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter is now accepting applications for the Cottages at Heritage Grove, Habitat’s first 55+ housing community in Tavares, FL. The Cottages at Heritage Grove is a 23-unit pocket neighborhood, featuring cottage-style homes and townhomes at approximately 730 sq. ft. This pocket neighborhood is the first age-qualified community (55+) built by Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter.
