DESCRIPTION:Reach your fitness goals by participating in the 2023 Wellness Challenge! There are three ways to sign up:\n\n	As a Company Team\n	As a Team of Friends\n	As an Individual \n\nTo track your progress\, challenge participants will have the ability to weigh in every Wednesday at the National Training Center.\n\n\n\nThe weigh-in dates are (Lipid profile test available for Chamber participants on March 1st and at the end):\n\n\n\n\n\nFor just $100\, Chamber Participants will receive:\n\n\n	A free NTC membership for the duration of the challenge\, including access to group fitness classes and childcare ($150 value)\n	Free body fat percentage screenings\n	Free lipid profile tests to measure your cholesterol\n	A chance to win great prizes which will be awarded at the June Monthly Chamber breakfast\n	Invitations to Challenge Finale dinner
