Clermont-Based Kalos Services Named 2026 Large Contractor of the Year

A Clermont success story more than 20 years in the making! Kalos Services, a family-owned and operated company founded in Clermont, Florida, in 2005, has been named the 2026 Large Contractor of the Year by the National Comfort Institute (NCI) at its annual High-Performance HVAC Summit. From its beginnings in South Lake County to becoming a nationally recognized name in the HVAC industry, Kalos continues to demonstrate what local businesses can achieve while remaining committed to their community. Beyond this national recognition, Kalos continues to invest in the next generation of skilled trades professionals through founder Bryan Orr's HVAC School educational platform and its involvement with GRIT, a nonprofit introducing young people to careers in the trades. This recognition is a proud milestone for Kalos and a celebration of the South Lake community where it all began.
