2020 Wellness Challenge Start

    Reach your fitness goals by participating in the 2020
Wellness Challenge! There are three ways to sign up:

• As a Company Team
• As a Team of Friends
• As an Individual 

To track your progress, challenge participants will have the ability to weigh in every Wednesday at the National Training Center between 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. or 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

The weigh-in dates are
    • February 26
        • Lipid profile test available for Chamber participants during a.m. weigh-ins.
    • March 4
    • March 11
    • March 18
    • March 25
    • April 1
    • April 8
    • April 15
    • April 22
    • April 29
    • May 6
    • May 13
    • May 20
        • Lipid profile test available for Chamber participants during a.m. weigh-ins.

For just $100, Chamber Participants will receive:

• A free NTC membership for the duration of the challenge, including access to group fitness classes and childcare ($150 value)
• Free body fat percentage screenings
• Free lipid profile tests to measure your cholesterol
• A chance to win great prizes which will be awarded at the June Monthly Chamber breakfast
• Invitations to educational seminars

SLH Participants will receive:

• Free body fat percentage screenings
• A chance to win great prizes at the June Monthly Chamber breakfast
• Invitations to educational seminars

SLH team members may purchase a 3 month NTC membership for the duration of the challenge for the employee rate of $45 ($15/month).  Membership includes access to group fitness classes and childcare ($150 value)
